Kristin Lassonde currently teaches community college mathematics in the greater Los Angeles area. She developed her love for math, teaching, and community college as a community college student at Tarrant County College in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, where she also joined the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, which also motivated her to serve as a faculty advisor.
She earned her Masters in Math from Claremont Graduate University and she is currently working on her second Master’s, in Physics, at Cal State LA. Prior to teaching community college, she taught secondary school both online and in person. She taught all math subjects and all grade levels (7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th). |
